Refund Policy

ABSHOP (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a transparent, fair and convenient refund service for our customers who purchase yoga apparel. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting a refund, return, or exchange, ensuring clarity and compliance with international e-commerce standards. By purchasing our yoga apparel products, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund rules.
 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 
  • You may request a refund, return, or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible, the yoga apparel must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and without any signs of wear, damage, or modification (including but not limited to stains, tears, or alterations to the fabric).
  • Custom-made yoga apparel (e.g., personalized prints, custom sizes) is not eligible for refund or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been worn, washed, or whose original tags have been removed, as these do not meet the return eligibility requirements.
 

2. Refund & Return Process

 
  1. To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service via support@abshop.com with your order number, product name, and the reason for the refund/return (e.g., size mismatch, product defect, or other legitimate reasons).
  2. After receiving your request, our team will review it within 2-3 business days and send you a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Please package the eligible yoga apparel securely, attach the RA number to the package, and ship it back to our designated address (details will be provided with the RA number).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product (confirming it meets eligibility requirements), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and we will send you a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
  5. For order tracking related to returns, you can track the return package via the tracking link we provide, or visit the “Track Order” page on our website to check the return progress by entering your order number and email address.
 

3. Refund Exceptions

 
  • We do not provide refunds for yoga apparel that is damaged due to improper use (e.g., incorrect washing, intentional damage, or failure to follow care instructions).
  • If your order is delayed due to customs clearance or shipping carrier issues, we will assist you in resolving the issue, but this does not qualify for a refund unless the product itself has a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds do not include any shipping fees incurred for the original order or the return shipment; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our product defect.
 

4. Exchange Policy

 
  • If you need to exchange your yoga apparel for a different size, style, or color (within the 30-day eligibility period), please follow the same return process and note “Exchange Request” in your email to customer service. We will ship the new product to you once we receive and inspect the returned item, and you only need to cover the difference in product price (if any); no additional shipping fees will be charged for the exchange.
